Fundraising Activity Tracker
The discipline is one activity per member between each meeting. Not a dollar goal. An activity. People who have done something recently can do real work in the room.

Hand this to a board member who says they do not know what to do.
- Call three donors who gave last year and say thank you with no ask attached.
- Introduce staff to one person in your network who cares about this issue.
- Invite two people to a site visit.
- Host a small gathering in your home or office.
- Review the lapsed donor list and claim two names.
- Write personal notes on ten year end appeal letters.
- Ask your employer about matching gifts or sponsorship.
- Accompany the executive to one funder meeting.
Draft for your judgment. Report completion at every meeting, by name and out loud. Recognition is the only enforcement mechanism a volunteer board actually responds to.
